But then, making the decision to start there and sticking to it was a complete game changer. Suddenly, I had a clear roadmap to follow, and every time I checked anything from the list I felt I had a little more control over my life.

That commitment gave me the structure I needed to begin real progress, and before I knew it, I was achieving a goal I had only dreamed of before.

If you’re ready to control and start making changes, here are 22 practical steps to bring your life together now.

1. Please stock the current status

It is important to first acknowledge the present in order to determine how you want your future life.

If your life is not exactly where you wanted it, it may feel easier to ignore your current situation. But if you don’t look closely at where you are today, you won’t be able to make any meaningful changes.

First, create a list of your current situations in each area of ​​your life. Areas you may make notes to include:
